In May 11, 2000, a land-claim was settled between a Nisga'the United states, the food and drug administration of British Columbia, and the Government of Canada. When a share of the cash settlement in the Nass Flow of any stream vale about 2,000 km of land was transferred to the Nisga'the, & besides the 300,000 three-dimensional decametre water supply reservation was created. A Bear Glacier Provincial Park was also created the effect of this agreement.
